We are looking for an experienced QA Lead who will take ownership of our testing processes, drive automation strategies, and ensure the delivery of stable, high-quality applications. You will work closely with our Product Owner (PO) to understand testing requirements, gain deep knowledge of the business domain, and plan testing efforts that align with business goals.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects, ensuring quality standards are met.

Plan, design, and execute automated testing frameworks for web applications.

Analyze business requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner to define effective test strategies.

Build and maintain a comprehensive suite of automated and manual test cases.

Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, setting best practices in testing.

Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, stable applications on time.

Continuously improve QA processes and tools to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Requirements:

5-7 years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role.

Strong expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).

Proven experience in planning and executing automation strategies.

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).

Knowledge of performance and load testing is a plus.
